Return and Refund

Classify24 return and refund policy is Classify24 refund and return policy which describes Classify24’s process, policies and requirements for returns and refunds for transacting on Classify24.


Thank you for shopping on Classify24. We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.


Please before you place order, ensure you are very sure about the purchase because cancellation is allowed only if the seller has not been confirmed by the seller. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement simply because you changed your mind. However, at the discretion of management, and if the order has not already been confirmed by the seller, we may be able to work things out in some instances. Therefore, on a case by case basis, return can be for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original account that made the payment.


Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your product must be intact i.e unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced products may be refunded, clearance and sale items cannot be refunded.

If the product in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit or gift credit for the value of your return.


Exchanges (if applicable)
Where necessary, items may be replaced if they are defective or damaged. In such insurance, you will have to contact us.


Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Perishable products
  • Specially made products(clearly personalized goods)
  • Services that have been fully performed, rendered and provided.


Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you of receipt of your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment or an alternative arrangement agreed approved by us within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.



Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Do well to contact us to know how to go about it where possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. While we will ensure you have a good experience, however we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
